Each week, participants in the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation (12WBT) have the opportunity to enter Weekly Surprise Competitions. You might recall the Inspiration Board we did about a month ago.
This week the challenge is to create a 1-3 minute video or a 300 word “mindset lesson” to share something we’ve learned.
So, my first attempt at a video using the webcam on my laptop is here. I haven’t quite worked out how to look at the camera and my notes so sorry if I look like I’m off with the fairies.
The chant started in my head while I was typing this morning’s post (where each new question on the video I had playing in the background was clicking with me).
